After a project has been successfully implemented, it is essential that the project continues to deliver the improvement in the refinery operation as foreseen during the definition phase.

• Overall Performance monitoring and support

As part of this service, Invensys will on a monthly basis, review the blending performance based on the finished blend reports. Based on analyses, recommendations will be provided in different area’s such as the blend operations, component inventory management, and quality (analyser and laboratory) related issues

• Application and System maintenance & support

This level of support is focussed on the up-time of the off-sites software. In case of application trouble, our technical staff is available to troubleshoot and solve the problem.
