Valero standardizes on Off-sites solutions for Inventory management |

 Valero Energy Corporation is the largest oil refiner in North America with a throughput capacity of approximately 3.3 million barrels per day. The company operates 16 refineries in the USA, one in Canada and one in Aruba. Valero is standardizing on the Invensys Inventory Management Solutions. Invensys has already implemented their Inventory Management solution (OMM and TIS software modules) at six of Valero's refineries (Texas City, Houston, Krotz Spring, St. Charles, Corpus Christi East and Corpus Christi West). All the remaining refineries will migrate to Invensys solution in the coming years. This is a good starting point for Invensys to pursue the product blending standardization within all the Valero refineries, which today is already applied at their Corpus Christi, Texas City and Delaware City refineries.
